Your Texas cookbook, Classic Tex-Mex and Texas Cooking, is so much fun. My husband and I read it at night just to get a good laugh before we go to sleep. And the recipes are very authentic. I recognize most of them from growing up in Texas. Good job! Keep 'em coming!

The 3-Ingredient Cookbook is the easiest cookbook I've ever seen and is just perfect for my husband and me. He's doing most of the cooking now, since my stroke and this is his new bible. Thank you very much for making such a good cookbook.

I have your 3-Ingredient Cookbook, the 4-Ingredient Cookbook and the 5-Ingredient Cookbook and I use them all the time. It's so easy to pick out a recipe and go to the refrigerator and pantry and get everything I need.

Easy Casseroles is a fantastic cookbook. I'm fundraising chairman for my Sunday school group and we used recipes out of Easy Casseroles for our Bake Sale. We sold 32 frozen casseroles for $20 each and everyone loved the casseroles. I think they were even more popular than the cakes!
